Please read when booking your course - 

 

Booking your course and paying a booking fee - When booking any course we require a booking fee to secure the date which holds the course place for you. This booking fee is payable by bank transfer or paypal; all booking fees are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel or re-schedule your course place we require at least 48 hours notice (2 working days Mon - Fri). If you provide us with the correct amount of notice to re-schedule your course booking we can re-allocate your booking fee to secure a place for you a second time, in the event that you need to cancel this second booking, your booking fee will not be re-allocated to a third date and not refunded. Late cancellations and no shows will not receive a booking fee refund and the full cost of the course will be due. Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of the course and the remaining amount of your course fee is payable on the day of your course in full via cash or card payment.

 

Attending your course - unless otherwise specified, the course will take place at my private home based salon in Culloden, Inverness. Directions will be given when booking your course.  Please arrive 5 minutes before the advertised start time of your course to give you time to be seated and complete an enrolment form. Depending on the length of your course, there will be a 30 minute break for lunch (usually breaks are only during courses of 4 hours or more). You are welcome to bring food with you, teas and coffees are provided at the training centre. Break times are strictly half an hour, failure to return to the course within the specified time will result in the course resuming without you, if a significant amount of the course has been missed you may not receive your certificate and you may have to return to complete missed training another time at an additional cost. 

 

Course times - you will be advised of your course times when booking. Please be advised that course times are approximate, everyone learns at a different pace, and although we make every effort to ensure the courses finish on time, sometimes this may not be the case, and may over run the advertised times.
